Women Community of 25,000+ members connected across 5 countries via a mobile application, 170+ on-the-ground events, 100+ brands globally, 7000+ women attendees and bringing together women of different interest groups on one platform to connect create and collaborate seamlessly to explore new possibilities.

II founded this venture in 2016, with a mission to bring women from all walks of life on one platform for them to have a single safe space, a global community, to interact and to explore opportunities to collaborate, create and transform.

This experience revealed to me how behavioral patterns and decision-making heuristics shape access to opportunity - which later informed my research on gender bias and capital allocation.

Highlights:

• Created a mentorship network for 138 women entrepreneurs and 108+ women leaders, including senior leaders in business and public policy – for example, Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw (Founder, Biocon), Kiran Maheshwari (Education Minister), Girija Vyas (Chairperson NCW INC). Also, partnered with Rotary, JITO, FICCI FLO, TiE, BNI, among others.

• Conducted multi-country user-behavioral analysis to identify core motivators—trust, visibility, belonging, and applied insights to product design through rules-based matching logic and structured interest-tagging to improve discovery, engagement and community retention.

• Secured Seed funding from The Scale Ventures and crowdfunding via Ketto Campaign (MVP)
